Michelle draws her insight as a consultant from insurance experience spanning several decades: she began as an auto underwriter in 1983 before transitioning to claims. She again switched gears a few years later, joining forces with her husband Michael to build an agency ranked top 10 of 15,000 in the US. After devoting fifteen years to raising her boys, she founded Tampa Bay Insurance LLC in 2001, now approaching its 20th year serving the greater Tampa area.
